1Do I need an account to make a purchase?

You do not need an account to purchase most items on  ponroll.shop  checking out as a guest,unless you have a Wholesale Account.

2My order won't go through What should I do?

Please only click the "Place Order" button once to avoid multiple authorizations. When your order is successful, you will be routed to a confirmation screen with your order number and order details.

If you did not see this confirmation screen, or if you received an error message, then your order may not have been successfully processed due to a payment error. If payment is not completed, we cannot create an order for you, so you will not receive an order confirmation email.

3I didn't get a confirmation email.

Confirmation emails are sent to the email address entered on an order after an order is successfully placed. It can be common for confirmation emails to land in your spam/junk folder, so be sure to check there first. If you still don't see it, please contact our support team to better assist you. 4Can I add or remove products Or cancel my order?

We want to ensure that your item(s) ship out as quickly as possible. After your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to add/remove items, change payment methods, update shipping/billing addresses, or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.

Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure product selection, size, quantity, payment, and addresses are correct.

5Can I update and/or change the shipping address on my order?

We want to ensure that your item(s) ship out as quickly as possible. After your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to update the shipping address after the order has been submitted.

6Why doesn't my discount code work?

Discount codes are only valid during the promotional period indicated and applied to the purchase total of eligible items before tax and shipping are calculated. Unique codes cannot be shared. Ineligible items may include Funko.com exclusives during the first day of release and merchandise that is already on sale.
